A post-acquisition due diligence exercise on a portfolio of 21
sites (including one freehold).
The portfolio comprised a total of 127,000 sq ft with a rent roll
of £1.25 million.
The purpose was to inspect both the properties and all legal
documentation within the portfolio of properties and to report quickly with details of:-
This exercise therefore gave the acquirer full knowledge of the portfolio they had
acquired, and any initial assessment of liabilities for accounts purposes as well as any key short term opportunities where Leases could be surrendered or integrated within the existing operational
portfolio; and finally those freehold properties presenting development or higher value changeof use potential.
