As can be seen from our case studies, some clients find themselves in a
position where they need or want to add value directly to their property holdings be they surplus sites or sites that have potential from either an investment or development
Such added value work creates the extra value that is often required to
remove risk (will it won't it go ahead with complex linked projects) and add value to the holding that facilitates the project going ahead.
We therefore often find ourselves in the position where we are managing
for a client the development, Town Planning and/or investment process for them in order to manage and or mitigate risk whilst adding value to the property or situation.
Removing or mitigating risk is a key factor for Corporate client's in
making the decision to proceed with projects and hence to avoid entering into conditional contracts or open ended options. They will meet the cost of achieving that certainty at the front end of a
complex project in order to remove that key element of risk.
Some examples of such projects; or where there is not adequate
visibility of value creation that would enable a developer to proceed with a purchase other than at a very low value are shown in our case studies area.
